Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients aged between 18 \- 60 years
- •2\.Both gender
- •3\.ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients
- •4\.Weight between 40kg \-80kg (BMI b/w 23\-35kg/m2\)
- •5\.Elective upper limb orthopedic surgeries of 1\-4hour duration
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal for regional anaesthesia
- •2\.Allergic to study drug and local anesthetic
- •3\.Patients who have arrhythmia,heart failure,renal failure,liver failure. •
- •4\.H/o Autonomic dysfunction (Diabetic neuropathy)
- •H/o seizure disorder
- •H/o Psychiatric illness
- •With severe broncho pulmonary diseases
