Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients aged between 18 \- 60 years
  • •2\.Both gender
  • •3\.ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients
  • •4\.Weight between 40kg \-80kg (BMI b/w 23\-35kg/m2\)
  • •5\.Elective upper limb orthopedic surgeries of 1\-4hour duration

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient refusal for regional anaesthesia
  • •2\.Allergic to study drug and local anesthetic
  • •3\.Patients who have arrhythmia,heart failure,renal failure,liver failure. •
  • •4\.H/o Autonomic dysfunction (Diabetic neuropathy)
  • •H/o seizure disorder
  • •H/o Psychiatric illness
  • •With severe broncho pulmonary diseases
