- •1.Patients aged between 18 - 60 years
- •2.Both gender
- •3.ASA 1 and ASA 2 patients
- •4.Weight between 40kg -80kg (BMI b/w 23-35kg/m2)
- •5.Elective upper limb orthopedic surgeries of 1-4hour duration
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal for regional anaesthesia
- •2.Allergic to study drug and local anesthetic
- •3.Patients who have arrhythmia,heart failure,renal failure,liver failure. •
- •4.H/o Autonomic dysfunction (Diabetic neuropathy)
- •H/o seizure disorder
- •H/o Psychiatric illness
- •With severe broncho pulmonary diseases
