1. Women of reproductive age between 20 and 40 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria of POI;
2. No steroids within 3 months before enrollment;
3. With good compliance, agreed to enter this study and signed informed consent.
1. POI caused by bilateral or unilateral ovariectomy.
2. Complicated with acute infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, renal diseases, liver diseases, hematopoietic diseases and other serious primary diseases.
3. Mental patients or those who cannot give full informed consent due to mental and behavioral disorders.
4. Allergic constitution or allergy to multiple drugs.
