Inclusion Criteria

1. Male or female children aged 3 to 8 years old;
2. Imaging examination suggests pneumonia;
3. Positive result of etiological examination of Mycoplasma pneumoniae;
4. Gene mutation at position 2063 or 2064;
5. The parents of the subjects will be signed informed consent, and to be able to cooperate.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Children are associated with other serious respiratory diseases such as congenital tracheoesophageal fistula, congenital malformation, airway compression of laryngotracheal bronchomalacia and (or) stenosis, bronchial cyst, mediastinal tumor, ciliary dyskinesia;
2. Children are with severe liver and kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, blood system diseases, nervous system diseases;
3. Children are to test drug allergy;
4. According to the doctor's judgment, Children are easy to cause the loss of visitors.
