1. Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per ICD 10.
2. Age between 18 to 70 years.
3. Patients of either gender, irrespective of socioeconomic status.
4. Patients with a history of depression of less than one year.
5. Patients who were under medication for depression previously but not using it now.
1. Patients with other psychiatric disorders like Psychosis, bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorder, and OCD.
2. Patients with major depressive disorder.
3. Pregnant women.
4. Patients with suicidal tendency/ thoughts.
5. Patients who are unfit for Nasya karma like pratisyaya.
