入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Patients diagnosed as per the criteria for mild and moderate depression as per ICD 10.
- •2. Age between 18 to 70 years.
- •3. Patients of either gender, irrespective of socioeconomic status.
- •4. Patients with a history of depression of less than one year.
- •5. Patients who were under medication for depression previously but not using it now.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with other psychiatric disorders like Psychosis, bipolar disorder, Anxiety disorder, and OCD.
- •2. Patients with major depressive disorder.
- •3. Pregnant women.
- •4. Patients with suicidal tendency/ thoughts.
- •5. Patients who are unfit for Nasya karma like pratisyaya.
