Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients Scheduled for Both Elective and Emergency Urological Surgeries under Spinal Anesthesia

2. American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I-II.

3. Age group between 18-65 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patient refusal / not willing for regional anaesthesia.

2.Patients using alpha 2â??adrenergic receptors antagonists, calcium channel blockers, angiotensinâ??converting enzyme inhibitors

3.History of allergy to study drugs

4.Post spinal surgeries, Spinal Deformities

5.Coagulopathy

6.Dysrhythmia

7.Major Hepatic, Renal and Cardiovascular Dysfunction

8.BMI >35

9.Height <140cm
