Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Women aged 50 years or above , who suffered from chronic low back pain(3 months or longer).2\)healthy and physically fit and willing to participate in the trial.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) History of significant heart or respiratory illness, serious blood disorders, mental illness 2\)Participation in another health promotion program within last months.
