- •no known metabolic disease
- •no intake of medication
- •no chronic illness
- •normal weight
- •no mental/verbal limitations
- •no ketogenic diet
- •no intake of coconut oil
- •signature of information sheet
Exclusion Criteria
- •pregnancy/lactation
- •paticipation on other studies
- •intake of medication
- •heavy underlying diseases
- •mental diseases
- •metabolic diseases, chronic diseases
- •blood donation in the last 3 months
- •gastrointestinal diseases
- •intolerance of lactose\-free milk
- •allergies agains Gummi Arabicum
