Inclusion Criteria
1) Current smokers with diabetes
2) Current smokers with high blood pressure
3) Currently smoking with chronic kidney disease
4) Age between 20 and 80 years
5) There is a need to quit smoking.
6) Agree to participate in research
7) The patient owns the phone.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Have a congenital disease That may be dangerous
2) Use substance addiction as well
3) Pregnant/Planning to become pregnant/breastfeeding
4) Currently received treatment to quit smoking using drugs
