Inclusion Criteria
Healthcare workers older than 18 years, and working most of the time in a single ward only.
Exclusion Criteria
Children (i.e. younger than 18 years); unability to give informed consent to participation; non-responsive patients; and not having sufficient skills in the German language

Name Time Method Perceived work ability of healthcare workers at baseline and two follow-ups. Two items of the Work Ability Index Questionnaire are utilised.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Patient satisfaction with care at baseline and two follow-ups. The outcome is measured with scales obtained from two validated questionnaires on clients' satisfaction with care.
