Inclusion Criteria

1. Age more than 18 years
2. All admitted patients -patients treated in three psychiatric hospitals in Berlin, who give informed consent
3. Relatives of admitted patients
4. Staff

Exclusion Criteria

1. Duration of stay in hospital less than 24 hours
2. Suicidal indication and severe aggression
3. Serious organic brain disease
