Inclusion Criteria
cochlea implant, one or both sides
- Age 18 -85 years
- Good German language skills according to the therapist's assessment
- written consent
- Patient owned, Internet-enabled smartphone with iOS or Android, with the corresponding current operating system
Exclusion Criteria
missing informed consent,
Minority,
Sign language as mother tongue,
Insufficient knowledge of German according to the therapist's assessment,
Non-correctable visual disturbance / blindness according to own statements,
illiterate, by their own admission,
Known mental illnesses such as severe depression or dementia
