Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA class I to III
- •surgery in lateral decubitus position under general anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(A) Patient refusal
- •(B) Critically ill patients(hypotension, arrhythmia, extensive organ dysfunction, peripheral vascular disease, arteriovenous fistula)
- •(C) Patient in whom pre operation systolic BP and diastolic BP differences in both arm more than 20 and 10 mmHg respectively.
