Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 19 to 70 years who were diagnosed with acute herpes zoster within a month and were on antiplatelet and anticoagulant therapy.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) patients with inflammatory diseases such as RA
- •2\) patients with cancer or infection
- •3\) patients who have difficulty in writing consent because can not communicate
- •4\) hemodynamically unstable patients
- •5\) patients with allergies to infection drugs
