Inclusion Criteria
ASA I and II patients
patients undergoing short duration < 60 minutes elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
Patients with local infection at the site of injection
Patient with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
History of neuromuscular diseases in the lower extremities.
Pregnant and lactating women.
