Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I and II patients
- •patients undergoing short duration \< 60 minutes elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
- •Patients with local infection at the site of injection
- •Patient with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
- •Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
- •History of neuromuscular diseases in the lower extremities.
- •Pregnant and lactating women.
- •Patient refusal
