Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA I and II patients
  • •patients undergoing short duration \< 60 minutes elective infraumbilical surgeries under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
  • •Patients with local infection at the site of injection
  • •Patient with coagulopathy and bleeding disorders
  • •Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia.
  • •History of neuromuscular diseases in the lower extremities.
  • •Pregnant and lactating women.
  • •Patient refusal
