- Consent to participate in the study by patient or authorized person.
- Aneurysmal SAB before >12 <36 months OR diagnosis of tension headache according to International Classification of Headache Disorders (ICHD-3) diagnostic criteria OR no relevant previous disease.
-Relevant co-morbidities (especially dementia; headache illnesses in the medical history; brain tumor; inflammatory illnesses of the central nervous system).
- Limited ability to communicate (e.g., due to language barrier or cognitive impairment)
- Pregnancy, breastfeeding
- MRI contraindications
