- Brief Summary
Implementation of salt reduction instruction focused on self-care agency increased dietary awareness, reduced salt intake, and improved self-care ability. On the other hand, it was shown that it did not lead to lifestyle improvement. We believe that the instruction using the self-care sheet was a meaningful method that encouraged the subjects to become aware of their own salt reduction in order to better self-manage their salt intake.
