Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing cardiac surgeries with midline sternotomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refusal.
- •2\. Allergy to local anesthetics.
- •3\. Localized infection.
- •4\. Coagulopathy / Bleeding diathesis
- •5\. Pre\-existing neurological deficit
- •6\. LV EF less than 30%
- •7\. Cognitive impairment or an active psychiatric condition.
- •8\. Inability to understand pain scoring.
- •9\. Emergency surgery
