- •Patient aged 20-60 years from both sexes.
- •-Patients are ASA I or ASA II .
- •-Patients scheduled for total thyroidectomy.
排除标准
- •-Patient refusal to participate in the study
- •-Known allergy to LA.
- •-Body mass index (BMI) more than 35 kg/m2Heart block greater than first degree
- •-Chronic pulmonary disorders like COPD
- •-Cardiac,Renal, and hepatic dysfunction
- •-Underlying coagulopathies
