I.Patients planning for CABG
II.Age in between 30 to 70 years.
III.New York Heart association (NYHA) functional class II-IV symptoms for heart failure.
IV.Ejection fraction of 40% or less.
I.Symptomatic hypotension (Systolic blood pressure < 100 mm hg).
II.Estimated glomerular filtration rate <30 ml/min/1.73 m2 [Gfr estimated by MDRD study equation]
III.Hypersensitivity to study medication.
IV.Any history of angioedema.
V.Concomitant use with any drug formulation containing an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor.

Name Time Method 1.The change in ejection fraction in the both group compare to baseline at 30 days and 90 days. <br/ ><br>2.Change in left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, LV mass (reverse remodeling parameters) in the both group compare to baseline at 30 days and 90 days. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Both group compare to baseline at 30 days and 90 days post operative days. <br/ ><br>
