Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients of kidney stones desirous of percutaneous renal stone removal.
2. Kidney stones 1-4 cm in size.
3. Age 18-70 years.
4. ASA score I-II.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction. (ASA 3)
2. Uncorrected coagulopathy.
3. Pyonephrosis or severe acute infection.
4. Transplanted kidney, ectopic pelvic kidney, urinary diversion
5. Another procedure was required in the same session of operation.
