1. Currently meeting the diagnostic criteria for ADHD and being treated
2. Clinical severity of ADHD symptoms (as assessed by CAARS or CGI-S)
3. 20 to 65 years of age
4. History of being treated and followed for at least three months, completed medication adjustments, and are on stable doses during the study period
5. Willing to return for required follow-up visits throughout the study period
1. The patient has been hospitalized within 30 days prior to the date of registration
2. The patient currently presents with psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, manic episodes, or neurocognitive disorders (as confirmed by SCID)
3. The patient possesses severe suicidal ideation
4. The patient is identified as having an intelligence quotient of 80 (as assessed by WAIS-IV)
5. The patient has other issues that interfere with the implementation of cognitive behavioral therapy
6. The patient has been or is currently under structured treatment
