Inclusion Criteria
Players who are sub-elite skippers. Skippers having experience of more than 3 years.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of lower limb fractures more than 1 year old
Patients with history recent soft tissue injury more than 3 months
Patients with history of rheumatic disease(M06.9)
Patients with history of Neurological disorders(G00-G99)
