入选标准
- •1. Healthy volunteers aged 18-45 years old
- •2. Well cooperate, can lie on the bed for at least 60 min
- •3. complete annual health checkup in 1 year
排除标准
- •1. Diabetes mellitus
- •2. end-stage renal disease
- •3. take opioids
- •4. take metoclopramide
- •5. gastroesophageal reflux disease
- •6. abnormal gastrointestinal tract such as gastric outlet obstruction, esophageal stricture
- •7. intraabdominal mass
- •8. previous intraabdominal surgery
- •9. pregnant
- •10. uncooperative such as psychosis
- •11. cannot lie in right lateral decubitus position
- •12. BMI more than 30 kg/m2
