Inclusion Criteria

1. Adolescent pregnant women aged 10-19 years when counting the due date of delivery.
2. Gestational age greater than or equal to 14 weeks and
less than or equal to 20 weeks
3. The depression assessment score before the experiment was at the low-moderate level.
4. No problems with hearing, seeing, speaking, and using the Thai language.
5. Can contact by phone with the LINE application.
6. Can participate throughout the project period.
7. No history of diagnosis or symptoms of mental disorders. Before participating in research
8. BMI less than or equal to 30

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant women who have obstetric complications such as high blood pressure during pregnancy. Have gestational diabetes Due to obstetric disease It may be a confounding variable that influences happiness and depression levels in teenage pregnant women.
