入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients diagnosed with depression using DSM-IV criteria and additionally confirmed using M.I.N.I (Mini international neuropsychiatric interview).
- •Patients should not have been exposed to anti-depressants in last 6 weeks.
排除标准
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patients with normal vitamin D levels by assay(Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D >= 50 nmol/L)
- •People with serious medical illness including cardiovascular, renal and hepatic diseases
- •Patients already diagnosed as chronic kidney disease.
- •People who have used vitamin D or other nutritional supplements in last 3 months
- •Patients with clinical manifestations of vitamin D deficiency.
- •Patients taking any other medication which can interfere with vitamin D levels.
