This research will be carried out as a pretest-posttest randomized controlled study to determine the effect of stretching exercises performed 2 days a week for 12 weeks for one hour each session on physiological parameters and treatment compliance in individuals with diabetes.

Inclusion Criteria

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and have been on the same diabetes treatment for at least three months
  • Non-pregnant
  • Those who agreed to participate in the research
  • Those without any physical exercise disability

Exclusion Criteria

  • Persons with severe mental disorders
  • Those who do not wish to answer the survey questions
  • Those who do not agree to participate in the research
