Inclusion Criteria
- •18 years of age or older
- •Those who have been diagnosed with diabetes and have been on the same diabetes treatment for at least three months
- •Non-pregnant
- •Those who agreed to participate in the research
- •Those without any physical exercise disability
Exclusion Criteria
- •Persons with severe mental disorders
- •Those who do not wish to answer the survey questions
- •Those who do not agree to participate in the research
