Inclusion Criteria
Neonates born with anorectal malformation and imperforate anus were included in the study fromOctober 2015 to August 2016
Exclusion Criteria
Patients had ultrasound scan of kidneys, renal tracts and spine to exclude associated anomalies and had anorectoplasty 6-8 weeks later.
