Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Adult patients who are more than 18 years old.
- •2\. All abdominal surgery, include both laparoscopy and open surgery, from any incision or gastrointestinal pathology
- •3\. Any wound classification
- •4\. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) patient classification \< 5\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Potential second\-look operation or planned revisionary surgery.
- •2\. Patient who had history of allergy with alcohol.
- •3\. Already participate in the other trials involving abdominal operation.
- •4\. Using prosthetic material in surgical wound
- •5\. Not willing to participate
