Inclusion Criteria
Including criteria were having license or higher degree in nursing, having experience of intensive care unites at last 3 months.
Having rotating shift (morning. evening and night)
Don't have any educational classess related to pneumonia in past 3 months.
Including criteria were unwilling to continue participation in this study, irregular attention, absence more ther 2 sessions, be transfered to the other sectors except special section.
