Have a bachelor's degree or higher
At least 3 months work experience in intensive care units
Not having a second job
Not attending Educational Classes on Pneumonia Prevention in the past 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
Unwillingness to continue participating in the study
Irregular company and absence from more than two sessions of classes
