Inclusion Criteria
1. Age > 18yrs
2. Patient of pseudophakic bullous keratopathy (PBK) undergoing DSAEK
3. Written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. One eyed patient
2. Pre-existing glaucoma
3. H/o any prior ocular surgery (except cataract surgery with IOL)
4. Limbal stem cell deficiency
5. Patient not willing for follow up
