Inclusion Criteria

Patients with papillary, follicular, hurthle cell carcinoma with whole body iodine scintigraphy

showing distant metastasis

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients with primary tumor elsewhere

2. Patients with anaplastic thyroid carcinoma

3.Patients with medullary thyroid carcinoma

4.Patients with lymphoma

5.Unclear diagnostic about primary or metastatic tumor
