Inclusion Criteria
Patients with colorectal cancer who have completed surgery
Aged equal to 18 years old and above
Provides written informed consent
Willing to comply to study procedures
Able to read and write in Malay language
Exclusion Criteria
Had a diagnosis of other cancer.
Involved in another research project.
