Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Students of age 18 to 24 years
- •Both Male and female
- •Screen time 3 to 6 hours per day
- •Mental fatigue detected by using mental fatigue scale.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Mental fatigue scale less than 10 and more than 40
- •Psychiatric problems like bipolar mood disorder,mental handicap,schizophrenia
