Inclusion Criteria
* infants with perthes disease
* age 5 to 12 years
* reduction of abduction of the hip to = 40° and/or difference of = 20° to the opposite side persisting after minimal 2 month of intensive physiotherapy

Exclusion Criteria
* neuromuscular diseases
* serious dysphagia
* medication with antibiotics
* anticoagulation, coagulopathy
* clinical or laboratory signs of local of generalised infection
* lack of cooperation
* participation on other clinical trials
