- •Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status grade I or II of either sex aged between 25 to 80 yrs, scheduled for total knee replacement surgery.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Preexisting infection at block site
- •Coagulation disorder
- •History of psychiatric illness and preexisting neurological deficits
- •Patient with morbid obesity BMI >40 kg/ m2
- •Decreased pulmonary reserve, cardiac disorders and renal dysfunctions
- •Known allergy to study drugs
