- •All patients aged 18 to 70 years of either gender of ASA physical statue I or
- •II undergoing hip fracture surgery who are willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Patient refusal
- •2.Hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics
- •3.Infection at the injection site
- •4.Pregnant woman
- •5.Obesity (BMI is 30 or higher)
- •6.Uncooperative patients
- •7.Anatomical abnormality (Pathological fracture ,previous surgery at same site)
- •8.Bleeding disorders (INR more than 1.5)
- •9.Peripheral neuropathy
- •10.Cognitive impairment (Abbreviated
- •Mental Test Score less than 6 points)
- •11.Concurrent chronic analgesic therapy
- •(NSAIDS,Tramadol),
- •12.Known hepatic or renal insufficiency
