Inclusion Criteria
- •Indication for TIPS
- •- Therapy-refractory ascites
- •- After the first variceal bleeding (early TIPS)
- •- Acute variceal bleeding (emergency TIPS)
- •- Recurrent variceal bleeding (> 72 h)
- •- Budd-Chiari syndrome acute or chronic
- •Age =18 years
- •Written consent of the patient
Exclusion Criteria
- •Limited compliance
- •Serious contrast medium intolerance
- •Contraindication or contraindication according to the manufacturer's information and / or FDA for implanting a stent graph
- •Patients unable to give consent
- •Pregnant or breastfeeding women
