Inclusion Criteria

1. Subjects are healthy subjectsrecruited in the cross-sectional study in the early stage of the project team;<br>2) Complete demographic information and biochemical examination items, mainly including gender, age, body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood urea nitrogen, and so on.<br>3) The age is 18-60 years old, and the basic information such as gender, age and BMI of men and women are neat and comparable;<br>4) The subjects signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Diabetes and its complications;<br>2) Other metabolic diseases such as metabolic syndrome;<br>3) Severe infectious diseases, malignant tumors and allergic history;<br>4) Human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome;<br>5) Pregnant women, cardiovascular diseases and mental diseases;<br>6) Serious systemic diseases and autoimmune diseases.
