•1\. Age between 18 to 45 years
•2\. Mothers with any mode of delivery.
•3\. Postnatal mothers admitted in the postnatal wards of KH Manipal irrespective of place of delivery (KH/outside)

排除标准

•1\. Mothers who are diagnosed to have HIV/HBs Ag infection
•2\. Mothers with more than 45 years
•3\. Post natal mothers with immunosuppression therapy (e.g Chemotherapy, radiation, treatment for SLE, organ transplantation, etc)
