Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Male and female individuals between age group 20yrs â?? 40yrs
- •2\. Healthy individual irrespective of sex, caste, religion.
- •3\. Healthy individual willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Individual suffering from systemic disorders like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, muscular dystrophy or any chronic illness.
- •2\. Individual who were diseased in past 1 months
- •3\. Pregnant and lactating mother.
- •4\. Individuals who neglect to co\-operate during complete study.
- •5\. Individuals having any addiction like chewing tobacco, smoking, alcohol consumption.
- •6\. Individuals going to gym, conducting labor work.
