Be literate (because there is a need for participants to answer questionnaires)

Exclusion Criteria

women who are pregnant and participants who have any contraindication for performing physical activity, verified by applying the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire/PAR-Q and using psychotropic drugs.

Significant improvements in the mean values of the executive functions domains (mainly attention and inhibitory control) after performing moderate-intensity aerobic exercise. The evaluation of the domains of executive functions will be mainly through the Stroop Test (Stroop Test).
