入选标准
- •(1) Patients with chronic lateral instability of the ankle joint diagnosed with subjective symptoms and objective diagnosis (more than 5 mm displacement on anterior draw test and more than 10 degrees of talus tilt angle)
- •(2) patients who require surgery due to lateral instability of the ankle joint ((i) patients who do not improve conservative treatment of 3 months of medication and rehabilitation, (ii) patients with givingway and persistent pain, (iii) Patients who cannot maintain their ankle activity at the previous level for more than 6 months)
- •(3) Patients who are expected to be followed up for 2 years after surgery
- •(4) Patients who can have MRI before surgery and 1 year after surgery
- •(7) Patients who agreed to the agreement
排除标准
- •(1) Fracture history on affected ankle joint
- •(2) Past surgical history of affected ankle
- •(3) Deformation of the ankle alignment due to arthritis, congenital diseases, etc.
- •(4) History of other musculoskeletal and nervous system diseases
