This research proposal will investigate the effects of combining mindfulness practices with plyometric training on reducing anxiety levels and enhance fitness training among recreational football players.
This study will add much valuable insights into the benefits of reduction in anxiety levels and adding fitness training and will enhance more knowledge regarding the effect of mindfulness exercise along with the plyometric training which will help players in rehabilitation.

Inclusion Criteria
- Male players playing football.
- Age 18 -25 years 3.
- Players should be able to perform high-intensity exercises.
Exclusion Criteria
- Players with a history of lower limb injuries or surgeries within the last 6 months.
- Players with chronic conditions.
- Players who are having severe anxiety issue and mental health conditions.
- Players using any medications.
