- •1\) patient posted for elective CABG
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Chronic Kidney Disease
- •2\)Critical LMCA stenosis
- •3\)Pulmonary artery hypertension
- •4\)moderate to severe Mitral regurgitation
- •5\)Recent Myocardial infarction
- •6\)Ongoing chest pain
- •7\)History of allergy to any drug
- •8\)Pregnant patient
- •9\)Patient with heart block
