Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patient given informed and written consent.
  • 2\. ASA physical status I, II, and III
  • 3\. Body mass index less than 40 kg/m2\.
  • 4\. Patients scheduled for elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation under general anaesthesia.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Pre\-existing airway malformations or pathologies like facial or cervical fractures, maxillofacial abnormalities, cervical tumour, or goitre.
  • 2\. History of difficult intubation.
  • 3\. Patients with tracheostomy tubes.
  • 4\. Pregnancy.
  • 5\. Edentulous patients.
  • 6\. Head and neck gross external anatomical deformities/ Head and neck trauma.
