Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients who underwent their first heart transplantation between January 2010 and December 2020 and survived to hospital discharge at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thailand.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with combined organ transplant, end stage renal disease defined as eGFR less than 15 ml/min/1.73 m2 or on chronic dialysis at discharge, and those whose medical records were unavailable after discharge.
