  • Apparently healthy gym going volunteers, consuming protein supplements atleast for 3 months or more than 3 months 2) Age –
  • 50 3) Gender – Irrespective of gender. 4) Irrespective of skin color, class, or social group.

排除标准

  • Individuals with any acute or chronic systemic illness.
  • Individuals with any pathology requiring consumption of nutritional supplements.
  • Individuals taking any types of steroids.
