Inclusion Criteria

Unilateral or bilateral serous otitis
Gap between 10-30 in PTA
Type B tympanometry
Failure to improve within a month of the onset of symptoms

Exclusion Criteria

Reluctance to participate in a clinical study
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Systemic corticosteroids use
